On Thursday, September 14, 2023, at the Amanah, Kompeten, and Harmonious Room, Holding PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero), the MAGENTA (Talented Generation Internship) Batch I 2023 Graduation event was held for 20 students who had completed their internships at the PTPN III (Persero) Holding Office and also held the MAGENTA (Talented Generation Internship) Batch II 2023 On Boarding event for 20 students who had been selected. The Graduation MAGENTA Batch I 2023 event as well as On Boarding MAGENTA Batch II 2023 was opened by Mr. Yefri Yudianto as Pj. Head of the HR Division of Holding PTPN III (Persero), also present were the Head of Subdivision of Organization and Workforce Planning, Assistant Recruitment and Workforce Planning, HR Policy Assistant and Knowledge Management who became presenters, coordinators, and mentors for internship students. This program is a form of participation of Holding PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) in providing opportunities for active students to plunge directly into the world of work while providing experience and debriefing of working at Holding PTPN III (Persero).
