SOE Minister Erick Thohir showed his seriousness in addressing environmental issues by collaborating with the entire community and millennial generation through the SOE Environmental Movement. More than 500 participants, including SOE employees and Prima Indonesia University students, directly cleaned the banks of the Deli River in Medan last Friday (28/07). This activity was supported by BUMN Pegadaian, Inalum, PTPN, and KIM, and attended by VP TJSL PTPN III Fauzan.
The hope is that through this BUMN Environmental Movement activity the community can be more concerned about the environment by avoiding throwing household waste into the river. Instead, the garbage can be collected and sent to the assisted waste bank or can be recycled into useful goods.
