PPKS Organizes International Oil Palm Conference (IOPC) Forum – “Coping The Matters, Ensuring The Future”

“To become a superior national agribusiness company that can compete globally and continuously contribute to national progress”. Mohammad Abdul Ghani, Main Director of Nusantara Plantation Holding inflamed PTPN Group’s vision in the International Oil Palm Conference (IOPC) forum at the Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center Bali. In his presentation entitled “Transforming Oil Palm industry – PTPN III Perspective”, Abdul Ghani conveyed several strategic initiatives that have been and will be carried out to realize this vision.

The IOPC, which took place on March 14-16 2023, was held by the PPKS_id Palm Oil Research Center (PPKS), also known as the Indonesia Oil Palm Research Institute (IOPRI), which is a subsidiary of PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero), a working unit of PT Perkebunan Nusantara Research.
IOPC is an international seminar every four years since 1998 which discusses the latest topics in the palm oil industry. This year the 7th IOPC raised the topic “Coping the Matters, Ensuring the Future.” The participants who attended came from ministries/agencies, practitioners from the palm oil industry, researchers, academics and good oil palm community associations.

Scientific meeting activities, become an arena to provide opportunities for delegates to share and discuss the latest developments on products and technology to create a palm oil industry that prospers society in a sustainable manner.
