Sustainability Governance

The Company recognizes that in order to assure the implementation of ESG initiatives to improve sustainability performance in PTPN, a specially designated structure and clear governance rules for the advancement of the Company’s sustainability agenda are required.

In response to this realization, the Company issued the Decree No. DBSS/SKPTS/205/2022 concerning “Taskforce Team for the Implementation of Environmental, Social, and Governance Aspects of Perkebunan Nusantara Group”, which governs the duties and responsibilities of each role specific to the Company’s ESG agenda, as well as the personnel appointed to fill these roles.
