Operational Cooperation (KSO) of Oil Palm Plantations between PTPN III (Persero) and PTPN VIII has a positive impact. One of the benefits directly felt by employees is the construction of official housing.
On Thursday (07/9) the handover of the keys to the new official residence was carried out to 12 employees in Afdeling II VADA Kebun Panglejar PTPN VIII. The key was handed over by SEVP Operation I PTPN III (Persero) Yudhi Cahyadi, SEVP Business Support PTPN VIII Hariyanto and General Manager DJABA R. Wahyu Cahyadi. The event was also attended by the Company-level Trade Unions of PTPN III (Persero), PTPN VIII and Basis Holding.
Yudhi Cahyadi said that the construction of official houses for employees is expected to provide work enthusiasm for employees and bring blessings to the company.
Afdeling II VADA is one of the plantations owned by PTPN VIII which was affected by the Cianjur earthquake in November 2022. In the event, there was also a donation for orphans around the plantation.
